This annual competition is one of the most respected in the industry, bringing together 20 steaks from the most elite Wagyu producers in the country. Each cut is evaluated first through expert grading and then in a blind tasting that determines the ultimate champion.
This recognition goes far beyond one cut of beef. It represents the years of dedication, care, and patience our family has poured into raising Wagyu cattle the right way. To have that work acknowledged at the highest level is both humbling and inspiring.
