Wagyu Simple Summer Sausage Sandwich

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Slice each Ciabbata square in half horizontally.
  2. Place gruyere slices on top half of the loaf and toast in convection oven or on broil in oven for about 3 minutes, watching closely.
  3. Once bread is toasted spread dijon on bottom half of sandwich and arrange rocket and sausage.
  4. Serve with cornichons and cold ale.
