Our 100% Fullblood Wagyu Sausages will arrive to your kitchen frozen and uncooked in the package.

To prepare, defrost the sausage by placing in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours or submerging in cold water for 1-2 hours.

Our sausage links are versatile and can be prepared in a number of ways for countless recipes. The recommended internal cooking temperature is 150 degrees. We've included the best ways to get there with your favorite cooking method below.

Preparation & Cooking Tips:

Skillet

Place in a skillet on high with about a quarter cup of water and let the water boil off and then let the sausages cook on the skillet without the water for about 5-7 minutes, until browned.

Broil
Preheat the broiler.  Pierce sausages with a fork to keep the sausage casing from splitting. Put the sausages on the broiler pan rack or oven safe skillet, and place it under the broiler. Broil for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Pull the broiler pan from the oven and turn the sausages over. Broil for another 5-7 minutes.

Grill
Place the sausages on the grill over indirect heat. Cook with the lid closed for 15 minutes. Flip the sausages, and check their temperature. If they are not 150 degrees, close the lid and cook for another 3-5 minutes. To further brown the outside of the sausages, move them over direct heat for 1-2 minutes, until well browned. Flip the sausages and brown the other side.
