We are excited to announce our 100% Fullblood Wagyu steaks, roasts, and retail products including our Beef Jerky and Sausage Links won the Gold Medal at Chefs in America's American Masters of Taste 2016 Taste Championships.
This Gold Medal is the top award of the American Masters of Taste, the longest standing third party endorsement program in the country operated by Chefs in America. Contestants are evaluated through a “triple blind” judging to ensure accurate and fair results.
In response to our products, the panel stated “Lone Mountain Wagyu has produced a line of American raised 100% Fullblood Wagyu that is exemplary for its overall appearance, texture, and performance. Their Wagyu is a delectable and unique meat that is sure to create a special dining experience, at home or away.”
